About the Session
Some children learn language in chunks or “gestalts” rather than one word at a time. They may communicate using echolalia (repeated phrases), scripts, or be non-speaking, expressing themselves through sounds, gestures, or other non-verbal communication.
This session explores how these children build meaning from whole phrases and how we can support them to develop their own flexible, self-generated language.
Cost
£75 or 1 hour per person from your SLA.
Who’s it for
SEND, ARP, Early Years or staff who work with neurodivergent children.
