I just want to say how very grateful I am for your hard work and commitment in supporting one of my young people at a crucial transition point in his life. As you know, prior to your involvement he felt completely unable to share his thoughts and feelings any more than surface level with me, nor was he able to express how he was feeling to those closest to him as he has always felt that he should be 'the strong one.

I just want to say a huge thank you for your tireless support and work with him and how well you communicated with me throughout the process with information that he consented to be shared with me - you are an asset to your team, and I look forward to working with you again soon.
